KID AI is a self-hosted service for children aged 7 to 15, used under parental supervision.

Parental consent (COPPA / GDPR-K)

The app is set up by a parent using their Google account. Parental consent is required. No account is created for the child.

Data we process

• Parent's email (allow-list, to authorize the device).
• Child's chat messages and a compressed "memory" (no sensitive data: no address, school name or full name).
• Browsing history and filtering verdicts (for parental review).

No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking. No child personal data (name, photo, location) is collected.

Where data is stored

All data is self-hosted in the EU. The only AI subprocessor is Google Cloud Vertex AI, EU region. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS).

Parental rights

Parents can review the child's activity and clear the AI's memory at any time (access and erasure rights). Contact: .

Conversation data is kept until the parent clears it. (Retention period to be finalized with legal review.)
